With the announcement of the General Election to Member of legislative Assembly, 2023, by the Election Commission of India on the 9th of October, 2023, the Model Code of Conduct comes into effect.
All references (photographs, messages, news clips etc.) of Ministers, Politicians or Political Parties available on Central/State Government's official website shall be removed.
Hence, all Magistrates and Election Expenditure Monitoring Teams are to submit Compliance report to the undersigned on the 9th of October, 2023.
